This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Competitive bid documents, addenda and award information is posted on this website.  

When creating your Vendor Account, you must use your Company's Authorized Legal Name. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is accurate and kept current.  For step by step instructions on how to create free account, please refer to the Vendor Guide

Notice of Participation with Buying Groups

For public notice, as required by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the City of Port Coquitlam intends to participate in one or more procurements conducted by the following cooperative buying groups:

• Lower Mainland Purchasing Group (LMPG), formerly known as Vancouver Regional Cooperative Purchasing Group (VRCPG)
• Corporate Supply Agreements (CSA), as established by the Province of BC
• Sourcewell
• Kinetic GPO
• Canoe Procurement Group of Canada
